A day spent in Notting Hill makes for a fun and exciting way to soak up the London vibe. Full of great restaurants and gin bars it’s easy to get carried away and let the afternoon run into the evening here! 

If you are heading to Portobello on Saturday you will catch the Portobello Road Market, the vibrant market stalls line the street selling vintage clothing and antiques for collectors and browsers alike. 

How to get to Notting Hill and Portobello Road

If you are heading to Notting Hill or Portobello Road to shop, you can take the tube to Notting Hill Gate (via the Central, District and Circle lines). Alternatively, use Westbourne Park station or Ladbroke Grove station (via the Hammersmith and City line and Circle line) followed by a walk along Portobello Road towards Notting Hill Gate.
