Presenting unmistakable exquisiteness for lovers of good cuisine, the “Tuber Uncinatum” black truffle. It differs from its cousin the summer truffle by a slightly more intense aroma and a stronger character. In the mouth, its bitter side disappears to give way to a subtle taste of hazelnut and mushroom. The earthy flavors of The Black Autumn Truffle are wonderful when used in pasta and rice dishes, or to complement meat dishes.
We will be hosting an exclusive Black Truffle specials paired with unique Piedmont wines, don’t miss out, reserve your table now.
